Gonet & Cie SA recruits Alexandre Michellod and strengthens its Occupational Benefits offer

Private bank Gonet & Cie SA is pleased to announce the recruitment of Alexandre Michellod as Head of its future department ‘Occupational Benefits & Wealth Solutions’.


Occupational benefits plans have become an essential component of global private wealth that are already constituted or are in the process of being so. Moreover, it represents a major stake for the professional attractiveness of companies. Gonet & Cie SA intends to strengthen its offer in this rapidly expanding area which is complementary to its core activity in asset management.


Alexandre Michellod will be in charge of structuring and developing the Bank’s offer by regrouping into one single department the existing skills in pension planning and wealth solutions dedicated to its private and professional clients. This will be done in synergy with Gonet Conseils Finances SA, which is already active, as part of Gonet Group, as advisor in occupational and individual benefits plans.

Alexandre Michellod, aged 40, holds a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Geneva (HEC) and the Federal Diploma of Specialist in Pension Fund. Since January 2012 he is in charge of the Occupational Benefits Unit which is part of the Wealth Solutions Department of Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse) SA. He began his career as an analyst at IAM before joining BCV in 2002 as a client relationship manager, and Wegelin & Co in 2005, where he headed the Semi-Institutional Wealth Management Unit.
